These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via the online shop at https://zerotime.ch/shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Shop"). The Shop is operated by:

2. Description of Services 
The operator offers digital goods that can be used exclusively on the Minecraft server zerotime.ch, including:
Virtual currency (Coins)
Server ranks (e.g. VIP, Premium)
Virtual items and materials
All purchased services are purely virtual and have no monetary value outside the server.
Conversion to real money or cash payouts are not possible. 

3. Ordering and Payment 
Process Purchases are made via https://zerotime.ch/shop.
Payments are processed exclusively through Tebex. After successful payment, the product is automatically or manually assigned to the player’s account.
By completing the payment process, the buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions. 

4. No Withdrawal / No Refunds 
Since the products are digital goods that are made available immediately, there is no right of withdrawal or return.
Refunds are only possible if the operator is unable to deliver the purchased item (e.g. due to technical errors).
Abuse, bans, or server resets do not entitle the user to a refund. 

5. User Obligations 
The use of purchased content is only permitted on zerotime.ch.
Reselling, transferring, or trading outside the server is prohibited.
The operator reserves the right to suspend players who violate server or payment rules.

6. Disclaimer of Liability 
The operator assumes no liability for: Server downtime, data loss, or technical issues
Damages resulting from improper use
Changes or deletion of virtual goods due to server updates or game changes

7. Changes to the Offer 
The operator may adjust prices, content, and shop features at any time.
Previously purchased services remain valid as far as technically possible. 

8. Data Protection Personal Data 
Personal data is used exclusively for order and payment processing.
Data is only shared with third parties as part of payment processing via Payrexx.
